Information we collect

At our company, we use Google Analytics in order to gain insight into how our website’s visitors use the site. Reportertales.com is the data controller for processing of information defined as personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (“Personal Data“). Reportertales.com participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (“TCF“) and complies with its Specifications and Policies. Reportertales.com uses the Consent Management Platform with the identification number CMP ID 10.

Retention
We will keep your personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this document, taking into account factors such as applicable rules on limitations, legal requirements, and the length of time you use our site and receive our services.

Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, as described above. Our legal basis to process Personal Data includes processing that is: necessary for the performance of the contract between you and Reportertales.com (for example, to provide you with the services you request and to process payments); necessary to comply with legal requirements (for example, to comply with applicable accounting rules and to make mandatory disclosures to law enforcement); necessary for our legitimate interests (for example, to manage our relationship with you and to improve the Site and our services); and based on your consent (for example, to communicate with you about our products and services and provide you with marketing information), which may subsequently be withdrawn at any time (by emailing privacy@Reportertales.com.com) without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

10. California Privacy Rights

This section is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other applicable California privacy laws. We have “sold” and, in the future, may “sell” the following categories of your personal information to third-party advertising networks, social media platforms and other business partners so they can show you targeted ads. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete the requested personal information from our records, unless an exception provided by the CCPA applies.

Exercising Your Access, Data Portability or Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing us at privacy@Reportertales.com.com.

We cannot provide you with the information you’ve requested or confirm that the personal information you’ve provided us relates to you unless we can verify your identity. You’re allowed to make two requests for access or data portability within a 12-month period. To verify your identity, we’ll need access to the email account associated with your user account. Please describe your request in as much detail as possible so we can understand and respond to it properly.

Opt-Out Rights for Personal Information Sales
Under the CCPA, you have the right to opt out of the future “sale” of your personal information. To do so, submit a request by clicking on the “Do Not Sell My Data” link displayed on the homepage or webpage of the Site visited. Your browser must be set to accept cookies. If you accessed the Site from other devices or browsers, submit a request from each device and browser separately.

If you delete your cookie history on a particular browser or device, the opt-out will no longer be effective and you will have to submit a new request on that browser or device.

If you opt out of the future “sale” of your personal information by clicking on the “Do Not Sell My Data” link, that does not mean you will stop seeing ads, but they may not be as relevant or useful to you.

Requests from Authorized Agents
